With a new Chief Executive in place, the roll-out of an exciting multi-channel offering and new TV advertising, the time was right to engage colleagues with Coral’s new strategy.

And so we brought together 2,000 Shop Managers and central Support Teams from across the UK to Telford for the largest conference the company has ever held.

New initiatives were launched with impact in a custom-built “in-the-round” auditorium, which not only provided a direct and involving experience for both audience and speakers but gave a real sense of ‘oneness’ to the event. Contentious issues were tackled head on and with insightful humour by actors seated amongst the audience.

Post-event feedback showed that the company’s approach to addressing issues of concern in the actors’ sketches and the very open Q&A session had been welcomed with huge enthusiasm.
